  • Club Info listed in Google Classroom
  • Please confirm all club info on the club roster – moderators, student representatives, meeting dates, time, and locations. This information will be announced during Club Open House (9/9 through 9/26) and will be posted in the 3rd building bulletin board.


  • Club Awareness Day will be held during lunch on Thursday, September 5th on the Lower Field
  • Clubs will be assigned a table and two chairs. Clubs are arranged alphabetically and a sign will be placed on the table you will be given. Please do not switch tables.
  • REPS – Two club representatives should be at your table to speak to prospective members and answer questions regarding your club activities and purpose. Clubs are responsible for their table set-up and clean-up afterward. Tables should be set-up & staffed by the beginning of lunch. You may leave no more than 5 minutes early in your class before lunch. Get a pass from your club moderator!
  • DISPLAY BOARD – All clubs-must provide a full-size BLACK display board that includes CLUB NAME, PURPOSE, and ACTIVITIES. Pictures and graphics are always great! Display board colors and fonts must be consistent with the BMHS Logos & Brand Guidelines on our school website (under About Us”)
  • INFO SHEET- Make 100 copies of club info sheet to hand out to the students who seem genuinely interested in your club. Please be sure your club moderator proofs this before they have copies made!


CLUB OPEN HOUSE September 9th September 26th.

Every club must have at least one meeting during their regularly scheduled meeting day/time so students can visit. During Open House, club meetings will be announced, so confirm your club meeting days/times on the roster today! After Open House, club meeting announcements will ONLY be in the bulletin.

CLUB SHIRT ORDERS October 7th  October 11th

All shirt designs were submitted for approval last spring. Designs will be displayed at the Student Store, and order forms will be posted on the school website, and in Google Classroom.


All clubs will be invited to participate in Halloween Town, which will be held on the Lower Field during lunch. Clubs would host a booth with a game or activity and provide candy for students to trick or treat when they visit their booth. More details will be shared in October.

BMHS OPEN HOUSE Saturday. December 7th 9:00am -1:00pm.

Each club should have 1-2 representatives assigned throughout Open House to be stationed at your club table to speak to prospective families and students about your club, and about being involved in clubs at Bishop Montgomery High School
